1. Service

MedSafe provides informational tools for medication identification, interaction screening, expiry tracking, drop-off discovery, and prescription delivery scheduling. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to create an account, place a delivery, or register as a driver. Delivery customers must be the named patient or an authorized caregiver.

3. Delivery fees

Standard delivery costs $0.99 (2–4 hour window) and Priority delivery costs $2.99 (under 60 minutes). Premium membership is $4.99 for 30 days. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once a driver has accepted the job.

4. Driver conduct

Drivers must maintain a valid license, insured vehicle, and accept the responsibility-attestation on registration. Tampering with sealed prescription packaging is grounds for immediate de-listing and may be reported to the DEA.

5. Limitation of liability

MedSafe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always verify medication information with your pharmacist or physician.
